El Mundo/Grand Central story being debunked on CNN

They say the Spanish police say the story is crap. They gave all this info to US officials right after the bombing, and the drawing of Grand Central is supposedly actually just a non-descript building that could be anywhere/anything.

So, it begs the question once again...what was BushCo trying to distract us from THIS time?
