Other candidates can use Dean speech WISELY
When questioned about Dean's scream speech instead of laughing about it here is what they should say:
"Some are calling Gov. Dean's speech scary, I thing he's getting a bad rap, he was emotional talking to his supporters after a disappointing night. But, if you want to talk about a REALLY SCARY SPEECH, let's talk about the SOTU speech."
Then, the candidate could go into all of the divisive rhetoric of the SOTU.
This accomplishes two things: it gets the national conversation back onto Bush and it also will make those who still support Dean (but may be shopping) to feel good about another dem who might defend Dean somewhat while he is nationally bashed.
Remember: Many Dean voters are still in shock about pre and post Iowa and they don't need to be dumped on RIGHT NOW by another dem who will need their time/money eventually.

I would sure be impressed by a candidate who stands up for Democrats for a change.
