Eight teams now man GOP message machine

By Patrick O'Connor

Building on a strategy developed during the Medicare prescription-drug
debate, House Republicans have rolled out an unprecedented
communications strategy, coordinating members and lobbyists to start
selling the GOP's ambitious legislative agenda.

Conference Chairwoman Deborah Pryce (R-Ohio) announced the eight teams
of members last week after initially introducing the strategy during
last month's bicameral Republican retreat in West Virginia.

The teams, each of which will focus on a particular set of legislative
issues, are Retirement Security, Voter Values, Economic
Competitiveness, War on Terror, Lawsuit Abuse and Affordability,
Education and Career Opportunities, Healthcare Access and
Affordability, and Waste, Fraud and Abuse.

The rollout also included an appeal to K Street.........

1. Lies, lies, lies...
Just think if all the energy these people invest into peddling their lies to America, could be redirected toward some better higher purpose, how much nicer the planet could be.

le sigh...

4. "Just like a Public-Relations Firm, Imperial Hous Busheviks..."
So true. If humanity has a future, Historians will study Imperial Amerika 2005 as we study Nazi Germany, looking for answers to how a Republic could have so thoroughly destroyed itself and "done it all legally".

In other news, the psychomanipulative Sciences, as Orwell predicted, are the chains we have forged to destroy ourselves.

As the Busheviks further emulate Soviet and Nazi Propaganda Strategies, it is clear they are the global inheritors of Goebbels' mantle.

And yes, it's all 'legal'.
