News Junkie
How many of you have become news junkies? I don't even watch movies on television much anymore. I would rather read what is going on in the underground. I would feel better knowing I am not the only one.

I like to feel involved and active. This is an important fight - the fight for the soul of the planet.

3. I wish everyone was a news junkie
rather than watching stupid, mind numbing drivel on the teevee. People are less likely to ask serious questions if they are gaping, slack-jawed, at cop chase documentaries or dimwit game shows.

4. My name is intheflow, and I am a News Junkie.
God help me, I was addicted from my first political campaign awakening, Bush vs. Dukakis! After that, I read verything I could get my hands on at the library: the WaPo, NYT, BGlobe, and considered all things on NPR.

When the Internet arrived--it was like main-lining news. And the news just keeps coming, it never stops! I need more, more, MORE!!!

I tell you, it's an illness, an addiction. Says the woman typing furiously on a laptop at 3am....
