have any questions you might want me to ask? I will be leaving at 10:30 to go talk to them. I myself am going to ask about the suspension of laws by HSA (Homeland Security) whenever they deem fight. I also will be asking them about not letting these RNC minions slime and degrade our leader's (Reid) family. I will ask them to bring to the forefront some of their leaders shining examples of human indecency trash (Delay and Frist) if they persist down this road.

The proposed budget held good news for Florida: While federal disaster grants for rebuilding or repair have never been taxed, the IRS ruled last year the protection did not extend to those that received Federal Emergency Management Agency mitigation grants.

Those are grants designed to help homeowners prevent damage from future storms by taking such measures as strengthening roofs or raising homes in a low-lying coastal areas. A family that received a $30,000 grant to put its home on stilts would see its taxable income rise by $30,000; Bush's proposal would make such grants tax-exempt.

The budget would give Florida $262-million for a program that serves the nutritional needs of low-income pregnant women, infants and young children, $16-million more than last year.

Other Florida provisions:

--$221-million for Everglades restoration, an increase of $38-million from the year before.

--$30-million in loans to replace trees destroyed in the state's citrus canker control program.

--$32-million in loans for crop and other farm losses from the 2004 hurricanes.

--$14-million for two national cemeteries in Florida. The locations have not been determined.
