3. Bush keeps mentioning that "millions" voted in Iraq
There are only 22 million in Iraq. After years of war, I would assume that most of those millions are under the age of 18.

Just how many "millions" voted? The bulk of the population live in urban areas. Fallujah was sacked, Ramadi had very few voters, Tikrit very few voters.

I'd be surprised if even one million had been able to vote.
