Calif Nurses new ad goes after Gov. Arnold (link)
The CNA(California Nurses Association) is taking on Arnold for his attackes on them and their fight for patient safety. As an inactive nurse who also belonged to this organization I am pleased to help get the message out and let the public see how Californias Governor feels about RN's and their desire for patient safety.

1. Great! I heard they debuted this last night--during
A&E's documentary/puff piece lauding Arnold.

I think Arnold is regretting riling up Nurse Ratchett & friends!

2. Just wait though, he has never had to feel pain like the Teachers
union will unleash on him. He has no idea what a fight he is in for with the CTA.

8. I got a sneak preview at a school board meeting recently.
Lots and lots of very angry teachers out picketing. Let's hope they can teach Arnold a thing or two! Better yet, educate the kids so we don't have a new generation of morons.

3. Arnold, get a grip. First Nurses, next Teachers. Relax dude, chill!
Next thing you know, your homeland, Austria, will revoke your citizenship. Nah, never happen.

5. Yep, we are the "special interests"
to Ahnie. I work for a school and my sister's a nurse.
Lord knows education and health care are just "special Interests" right?

My sister was flown up to march with 2000 other nurses on the Sacramento Capitol.

I teased her because she's a repub like Dear old Dad and "whatever would
he say seeing you marching in a protest, missy?!" heheee I couldn't resist.

BTW, the special interests that Ahnie believes in? Car dealerships in Sacramento! Ka ching! He's as crooked as the bunch in D.C.

6. Hey, I heard you all were a terrorist organization (sarcasm)
according to Sec Paige.

Good for you all! If there's any actions near SF, please post them in the CA or the Activism Forum. I'd love to walk against Mr. Ahonold Enron.

9. Yeah that would be us!
And the new Secretary of Ed is going after cartoons on PBS. I think it is the neo-cons who are terrorists in sheep's clothing!

I will post any and all activities I hear of. We have to wake up all the sleeping sheeple!! I'll tell you, my repub sister (conservative but NOT neo-con) sure has been getting her eyes opened!
She's told me I am too 'political' for the past year, but when the pubs start to mess with HER occupation, look out!
