Are Iraqi expatriates voting in US and other countries..
...mostly Sunni, Shiites, or Kurds? Since violence will keep many away from the polls in Iraq, won't the votes from outside Iraq determine the election? Is this how Bush plans to place into power who he wants???

1. And those voting outside of the country will have smirk say
"The election was a huge success!" BTW, if an Iraqi outside of Iraq has dual citizenship, they can vote, if your father was Iraqi and you were born in another country like the USA, you can vote. How is that for rules? Do you think I could have voted in FL and Maine? Afterall, I live in both states. Maine in the summer and FL in the winter.

2. Wondered myself, news says 1/3-1/4 expats registered
MSM says that only 1/4-1/3 of eligible expatriates registered. I've been wondering this myself too. Why should the election be won by expats? Though they certainly have a say since why are they expats anyway? After all, the USA was formed by people who didn't like where they lived (said somewhat as a joke, what with native americans, etcians, etc etc) so why not Iraq? And the USA has been successfully operating under democracy for so many yrs so why not Iraq.

Oooooo, lots to flame for here, but please realize a lot of this is sarcasm and take it as such.
