4. good grief!
A pilot friend tells me that in order to fly that plane in Texas, Dubya would need to be able to do long division quickly in his head. (That type of jet had no onboard computer.) And here he is, messing up addition!

Either he wasn't flying that plane, or his mind has really deteriorated since his youth.
