What is Lugar babbling about? School lunches? Wasn't this about Rice?

Is that what he wanted to do with his time? Babble about things like school lunches?

I admit, I am going in and out of the room, getting dressed for work, but even the stuff that I have heard seem to have no glue to hold them together under the same speech umbrella.

I couldn't keep watching it. It seemed to be an ad for Sen. Lugar, Inc. the way he kept talking about himself.

3. Price of school lunches in Chicago area have just doubled
It is what's in the news now and this Administration has some blame. This isn't about Condi. It is a given she will get the appointment it is about this entire Administration and our very few hours to talk about some of the things occuring. Anything they can bring up to put them in a bad light is fair game.
