-bush's fake news medicare ads were deemed ILLEGAL.

-bush's paying a journalist(s) to promote his NCLB is deemed ILLEGAL.

-bush's White House committed TREASON by outing a NOC...and a NOC who worked on preventing WMD proliferation.

-bush's rethugs broke the LAW when they broke into & stole information on Senate Democrats' computers.

-bush's DeLay broke several laws in his Texas gerrymandering.

-bush's DeLay broke Federal law when he tried bribing a senator on the Senate floor.

And of course bush's unprovoked INVASION of Iraq was, as the Nuremburg Tribunal put it, the SUPREME CRIME.

Only rethuglicans would claim criminality as a "MORAL VALUE". :eyes:
