Who has been to Camp Wellstone?

There is a training weekend in the Twin Cities 1/28/05 and I am thinking about it.

1. Hey. A group of us that went to Ohio for the recount were talking

about this. We thought we could get enough of us here in Wisconsin together to bring a Wellstone trainer here. We'd all meet somewhere in the middle.
I'm also in Madison.

2. A few weeks ago I was walking my dog on Governor's Island

and I still had a Kerry sticker on my jacket. I ran into some folks from MN who turned out to be progressive activists (well, the chances are pretty high in Madison!) and they really recommended it. Doesn't seem like it would be hard to get them to come to Madison, but only one weekend training camp is listed on the website so far.

5. I'll send an email to my friend in Winnebago county and see what the

status of that plan is.

3. Never been - but I'm going to this one (1/28). Second track - but there's

a waiting list now for all three of them.

4. Well, I guess I probably won't be going to this one then!
