2). former Federal Emergency Management Agency Director Joe Allbaugh

3). Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Mike Leavitt

4). New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly

5). White House homeland security adviser Fran Townsend

6). Asa Hutchinson, undersecretary for border and transportation security in the Homeland Security Department.

7). Rudy "the troops are to blame, not the president" Giuliani, former Mayor of New York

It would be a struggle, but I'm sure I could dumb myself down enough for a useless high paying job.

Then I could have a staff to blame for my mistakes. I've really needed one of those for a long time.
