Why is it that AP people can walk around in civilian clothes and fox has to have militaristic "fighters" as "journalists"???

First, there are still people fighting and dying, so it hasn't been "won."

Second, in order to "win" something "back," you have to have had it at one time, which was never the case with Fallujah.
