I never give much credence to anything Fidel (or Cronkite) say; but even a clock is right two times a day.

Anyone read the text of the tape? It was all straight from the DNC talking points/words, not the traditional Osama-speak at all, to a fault.

By associating OBL with Kerry, it could have been a clever impersonation/forgery to outrage the GOP base and boost voter turn out (Karl Rove foot printsa all over).

OBL didn't just suddenly appear when he did, just to criticize Bush...

(...AND, TO EXPLICITLY CONFESS TO THE 911 ATTACKS AS HE DID, coincidentally soon after Bush & Co. has been sued in a class-action just over that responsibility for 911 by many WTC survivors).

the Osama tape a few days before the election always had a bad smell to it but I couldn't put my finger on it

but this post shows a connection that finally makes some sense.

To launch a lawsuit you have to have evidence or it gets thrown out real quick, therefore most lawyers will never launch one unless there is some evidence.

If a lawsuit does exist and it hasnt been thrown out it means there must be some evidence, and Bush's lawyer would be worried.

Now if Osama bin Ladin was on video tape confessing to 911, well just this tape alone could get the whole lawsuit dismissed!

Bingo! Just when needed, Osama pops up out of nowhere to save the day.

6. It Was a Conspiracy, But Not That....

Rove behind the OBL tape? That goes a little far. That's like saying they were behind 9-11 'cos they knew it would give Dubya his "mandate" - some things are just too far out.

But, I do believe OBL wanted Bush to win. And he came up with this tape seemingly anti-Bush bit because he knew it would cause a backlash. OBL isn't stupid.

And I think Bush has deliberately avoided going after OBL the way he could because he likes having this threat out there, kind of like the cold war because it provides justification for his neo-con policies. OBL likes it too, because he gets the notoriety in Muslim circles of being the man America couldn't defeat.

Fact: The Pentagon was not hit by an airliner, but by a missile. Zero plane wreckage, zero images (gov't refuses to release security camera video & confiscated & lost nearby gas station's video)

Fact: The WTC towers did not collapse from melted structural steel as gov't claims (prepostorous, such steel melts at 2800 degrees F, maximum fire/explosion temperature from jet fuel and bldg contents = 1800 degrees F, that is a full 1,000 degrees too low).

Fact: Seismic graphs show massive internal explosions caused by explosives (planted) caused the towers' collapses (this also accounts for the speed of the collapse, impossible otherwise, and that all the concrete turned to dust, would not have without explosives).

Fact: No structural steel building has ever gone down from a fire, even fires much much worse, before 9/11, or after (and never will).

Fact: If the above is true, terrorists could not possibly have done this.

Fact: there is much more evidence just as good as that.

Fact: If the terrorists didn't do it, the government had to have done it.

the post 17 makes a very good observation.

The timing and content of the last OSAMA tape is very suspicious.

After being just about given up for dead he suddenly appears out of nowhere to say what? not much except that he confesses to 911. hmmm

nobody said evidence, just points to a place where a lot of smoke is coming out of and where you see smoke, you often see fire.

follow the money: who wins? Bush. Why? Osama comes out and confesses to 911, just after Bush himself was sued in court for blame for 911.

Why with this video evidence the video tape Bush can have the damned lawsuit dismissed by any judge especially a friendly one! and he might get a bump in the election to boot.

what a coincidence schrub wins from an Osama tape. and he looked pretty healthy too, no way he's been in cold dirty caves for 3 years and needing kidney dialysis.
