Proposed Constitutional Amendment
Amendment 28:

Any citizen eligible to vote has the right for that vote to be counted.

C'mon Tom Daschle, you're never going back to the Senate, you might as well bring this up in your last blaze of glory.

Bring it up and put those GOP pricks in congress on record, showing whether they support it or not. Then we'll see which states support it or not.

This could be a great wedge issue, if done right.

Great suggestion!
