milwaukee only has 8% reporting and Dane (Madison) only has 47%

8. Computer down in Milwaukee
Heard on WPR radio on my way home from an election party. Sorry, no link or no more explanation of the problem. Big Rethug hassles in Milwaukee all this past week setting the stage.....
