It the southern part of the state that had the most trouble in 2000, that went with touch screens.

4. Folks, only a very tiny percentage of the votes have been counted.
These numbers mean next to nothing at this moment.

8. Yeah, but
The Seante race is nearly a virtual tie 48.4 vs. 48.8 so it doesn't seem skewed as per district

11. It's still only a very, very tiny amount. Less than 1%.
You can't judge based on that small a sampling how it will turn out.

Kerry = 38,168 (45.1%)

These figures mean nothing - too small a sample.

21. Florida is NOT the Big One!
Florida should be fought over, but never counted on.

Take it for granted that Florida goes to Bush. Kerry wins by maintaining the Gore 2000 states and adding Ohio, or Colorado and New Hampshire

It IS the big one, for us to win. If we lose it, it sucks, but not a big blow, but if we do win, it is over.

31. Heh, either an idiot or a... sniff sniff...
56-42 means nothing until the democratic areas get counted. If we're down 56-42 after Miami-dade county is counted we've lost florida, but it ain't over until we get our big areas counted.

Madison is part of the conservative panhandle near GA. That's actually a good sign.
