2 Reports from Florida and Ohio......

I went driving around Ft. Myers Florida today (Moderate Republican area) and checked out all of the polling places. Everywhere, and I mean everywhere, over a dozen polling places, had long lines coming out of the buildings. This was true for the suburban and the urban area of north Lee County. The local radio peeps are squawking about unprecedented turnout.

Also, just spoke to a good friend of mine in Cleveland Ohio(Where I'm originally from and voted Absentee) and he says there are lines in some of the Cleveland precincts over two hours long. People with umbrellas, folding chairs, and books just sitting out in the rain waiting to vote. In comparison, in 2000 I waited in line for 15 minutes.

Do people stand or sit in line for hours to ask for Four More Years of the Bush Nightmare?? I don't think so, but then again I have trouble believing anyone would vote for AWOL regardless of the Kool-Aid.

my polling place here in AZ...and I waited for about an hour...there was a sense of change in the air...people were talking about how bad BushCo has done...and this is a heavy Repub state...

10. I live 1 mile from our poll

I live in 'upper Podunk' were you never have to wait over 15 min, and usually get right in. I voted absentee. A friend was just here and left to vote. I wonder if he will have a first time ever long wait.
