About to hop in the car, and head to my assignment, part of a "Pull" team in Nashua, NH. Going to track down the "sporadic" voters, and haul them to their polling station.
Armed with several umbrella's, along with the leftover Halloween candy, and a bunch of The NERDS team stickers, to use as rewards (q: Any grandkids of sticker age?)
Sue just got back from her polling station, reported 10 minute lines to check in, no wait for a booth. (we are optical scan here).
Will be offline all day, then eventually (working till last voter is dropped off, so 10pm at the earliest) at the celebration in Copley Sq. (DU's gather by the fountain, to the left of the church. If its raining, I will have a bright yellow umbrella, with the NSA logo on it. (Yup, the paranoia palace, its a souvenir of my visit to the National Cryptographic Museum)
When I next post, it should be in celebration of the victory.
