I understand that the OH supreme court ruled they are ok but this contradicts the federal ruling. Where does that leave things? This is a huge deal to me on principle and partisanship grounds.

2. Ohio supremes over-ruled Federal District court -
They'll be there tomorrow. And even if the US Supremes over turn the state court ruling, the damage will have been done. :(

4. That's impossible
A state supreme court has no jurisdiction over a federal district court.

5. Competing jurisdictions.....
The SCOTUS normally resolves such things, but they will be too late in this case - the harm will have been done.

3. The challengers have been thrown out but the repubes are appealing
I am enlisted as a protector and we were told tonight to show up at the polls as planned and if asked to leave, do so and then call HQ.
