Voters who move from precincts can probably still legally vote

Under the National Voter Registration Act (Motor Votor) voter who have moved out of a precinct are still eligible to vote in that precinct until they have been given notice by mail that their name will be removed from the list. Other requirements are included in the law before a person who has moved out of the precinct can be denied a right to vote.

The Repukes have a nationwide campaign to stop Dems from voting if mail has returned from their address. 99.999% of the time this is because somebody moved or died. Dems who show up to vote who have moved out of the precinct are probably legally entitled to vote.
