Can Dems 86ed from chimp rallies sue?

Not just that a "uniter," or for that matter, anyone truly running for a national office, wouldn't exclude the majority of voters from their rallies, but would reach out to them, but it seems to me that if the chimp took federal matching funds from taxpayers, we paid for his rallies and shouldn't be excluded.

I wonder if there will be any lawsuits, and I wonder if the regulations for matching funds should be amended to say that if you only let one party in to your rallies, you can't take money from taxpayers of both parties.

Just wondering.
