Well to me this adds up to;

1. Illegal Donations in kind
2. A legal strategy that plainly intends to challenge in Federal Court , 10th Circuit Court of Appeals ( and ultimately Supreme Court)- 10th Circuit is "Oklahoma, Kansas, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah"....any doubt in anyones mind the action will originate in New Mexico or Colorado???
