Which state will be the biggest surpriseTuesday night ?
Which will go for Kerry that everyone thought was going to Bush, and vice-versa? Will Kerry win Tennessee or Arkansas? Will Bush win Minnesota or Iowa? Any big surprises in store?

There is a synergy in this state. If we fail, it won't be by much. No more than 3%.

....not a wide margin but a clear margin of victory....wish we had more than those 10 electoral votes.....Iowa, Wisc., may be tighter.

blue Missouri on the map. Believe me we are working our collective asses off here and it will not be a lack of trying.

34. The autumn leaves in my jug of
moonshine predicts a Kerry victory in Tennessee.

Driving around all areas of town today to take my son and his friend to "Boo at the Zoo," and seeing all the Kerry signs in "conservative" East Tennessee, I'm thinking... hmmmmmm....

If East Tennessee can just go 49 to 51 percent for Kerry, then Middle and West Tennessee should kick Shrub butt.

I'd go with Nevada.

Hell, I'd even say Kerry wins Florida and Castor wins the senate seat - both win by comfortable margins.

29. Biggest surprise will be that democracy is working
Barring coordinated, disruptive al-Qaeda "gift" attacks in the largest Democratic cites of several swing states (Detroit, St Louis, Philly, Cleveland, Tampa, and Miami), I think Kerry is poised to take all the swingers. It will be a decision night, not a court case starter night for the election, but numerous lawsuits will be launched out of Fla, Ohio, Pa., and (you heard it here first) New Jersey.

But despite us winning, Hawaii may be the big news in state upsets. I think Mongiardo in Kentucky may just pull off an upset.

But the BIGGEST news all night will be several vote-stealing stories documented by Michael Moore's teams in Florida and Ohio. Over the next four years Moore will replace Hillary for top spot in the pantheon of liberals that wingnuts hate.

31. I won't be surprised by who goes blue at this point
Edited on Sun Oct-31-04 01:28 AM by cynatnite
Reading all the posts by DUer's all over the place talking about the voter registrations, signs, talking to people and the early voting, I won't be surprised.

If Texas goes blue, I'll be jumping for joy, but surprised? Nope. TN and others who we would expect to go red wind up going blue, I'll be too excited to be surprised.

We're determined and we're united.

On edit: I take that back. There is one state which would really surprise me if it went blue. Idaho. That one would knock my socks off.

Utah? Wyoming? The only race between these and Idaho is who can vote the highest margin for Bush... If they go blue it would knock more than my socks off :)
