5. That's just about exactly what I'm predicting.
My Election Projection has * getting 47.2% of the popular vote to Kerry's 51.8%. You might want to take a look at this essay from The American Prospect which shows that an incumbent President will probably get the same percentage of the vote on election day as he's showing in the polls in the final few days of the campaign.

Good news, indeed!
