8. The same thing happened to me several days ago, and I wanted

to post about it, but with so much else going on, I forgot. Are you in Texas? I thought that it was illegal, certainly unethical. First time I've ever had the First Lady call pre-recorded! I did hang up on her, as she was urging fellow Texans to vote the full Republican ticket (They've worked so hard...). And it kept going and going and going!!!

15. I got a call from Laura Bush today

she was calling on behalf of the Repug candidate for Missouri Governor, Matt Blunt. Too bad it was a recording; I would have asked her why her daughters aren't in Iraq fighting the war on terra.

I also received two very negative calls from Patterson's camp slamming former Mayor Cleaver. The calls made me hate Patterson even more than I did before. The second call claimed that Cleaver wants to reinstate the draft! The gall of Repugs really takes your breath away. Whose war is tying up 9 of the 10 Army divisions? They have no shame.
