Please tell me one time the "buck" has stopped at Bush's desk?
I am constantly amazed at this man's ability to evade responsibility. None of the bad things that have happened on his watch because of his actions have stopped at his desk.

He is the caricature of a rich, white man of privilege. He has never had to take responsibility for his actions and he never will. It is all someone else's fault.

Kerry should use the line about the buck never seeing Bush's desk.

Please, I am begging DUers to give me one, just one negative incident in which Bush took complete responsibility.

1. A lot of bucks have stopped at Cheney's desk.
But that's an entirely different matter.

5. OK, let me rephrase...
When has Bush taken responsibility for a negative event that everyone agrees is a negative event. Bush's delusions don't count!

:D
