Hannity Campaigning Openly for * on the air? Is that legal???
Sean Hannity announced on his radio show today that he is going to FL and OH to get out the vote for Bush with his radio show.

What happened to equal air time? And if his show is admittedly a three-hour campaign event for Bush, isn't that considered a campaign donation? Doesn't it have to be declared as donated air time? WTF? I can't believe that's legal! He can just DO that???

8. Don't misunderestimate the guy
He has a huge following of dimwits. And he's going from swing state to swing state promoting Bush and helping with GOTV efforts. Just cuz he's stupid doens't mean we should discount him.

2. The Fairness Doctrine?
Remember that? It was equal time for candidates. Made sense, in a democracy, right?

Ronald Reagan abolished it.

I haven't said this yet today, so here goes:

I really hate Republicans.

Thank you. I feel better.

4. perfectly legal.
Air America is one big Kerry campaign ad these days and I think Al Franken has been actively campaigning.

I don't have a problem with it.

11. That's what I think too!
No different than any other company offering up free airtime or giving a huge donation.

The work that Hannity is doing enables Bush to focus his efforts elsewhere. NOT cool. And Bush was on with Hannity today, so its obviously coordinated at least to some extent.
