Hm Jeb, you're lookin' a little pudgy there. A little spare tire around the tummy? A little grey, too.

Now, take a close look at Bush. Look at the face. Now imagine the blue shirt gone. Eliminate everything except Bush's face.

We have the backdrop of a cave. A dark cave, with a small fire burning. Now put Bush's face on a Troll's body. Complete with stringy hair, warts and claw fingers.

Pretty close match, I'd say.
