3. That's right, but I called them

(recorder) to ask them to make an exception. No response. Wouldn't that be THE talk of the town?! I can see it now as I pick up the paper from the driveway, open it up and there it is...could happen.

and she is considered the most liberal dem in the senate, so that tells you where the LAT stands on its presidential candidate.

The LA Times is a most-respected paper. Their in-depth stories and investigations have earned them many Pulitzers. A Kerry endorsement from them would be the biggest prize.
