I want to keep track on Election Night of which state closes when.

Another related question.. are there any sites telling when each state was called by the networks in 2000? (for comparison?)

2. I'm pretty sure all polls close at 8pm.
All you need to know is the time zones: Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific and Alaska (each an hour apart).

9. Weird...
...That at 7:30pm, if Bush leads 75-23 in EV's, I should actually feel good. (Meaning Kerry has won Vermont and all-important Ohio, and Bush has won his expected-states).

11. I know..
I'm trying to come-up with a few all-important measures for the evening.

For example, if Kerry has about 190EVs by the time we reach the Mississippi, he'll most probably win the election.

That kinda thing..

8. In Arizona
they close at 7:00p, when I lived in Chicago, they also closed at 7 unless that has changed since I moved to Phoenix.

I do remember during the Reagan and Carter election, there were so many voters that the polls remained opened longer in Phoenix.
