Kerry didn't use it unfortunately. More's the pity. Bush left him a perfect opening for it too. It would ahve gone over a lot better thatn pullin Cheney's daughter into the mix again.

On the question of Homosexual Marriage, as it pertains to a Constitutional Amendment, I had thought a perfect answer was "regardless of what my personal beliefs are I am adamantly against a Constitutional Amendment. The Constitution of the United States should always be a tool to empower people, never an instrument to disenfranchise them."
