Up The Ante With Sinclair: Expose Directors to Stock Holder Class Action!

EXPOSE SINCLAIR'S ENTIRE BOARD TO CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS BY ITS STOCKHOLDERS & INSTITUIONAL INVESTSORS FOR THEIR RECKLESS DECISION WHICH IS ERODING THE VALUE OF THE COMPANY:

We all must not relent in contacting these advertisers at every Sinclair Affiliate. Yet, please, please at the same time...

We must all be contacting each of Sinclair's Board of Directors about this, too...because Sinclair executives may try to hide the magnitude of protest calls and e-mails it has been receiving and the impact it is having on their income (advertisers).

Sinclair's stock holders must be made fully aware of what is going on due to the reckless decision of Sinclair's executives to violate federal election laws and polarize a sizable percentage of the country against the company.

Sinclair's stock, it has now been reported, is already at an all time low and the last two days have seen further substantial declines. Further, one Sinclair stock holder who has 4% of the company is furious with this move by Sinclair's management.

So, yes, keep e-mailing, keep calling the advertisers. Sinclair's stock is very vulnerable now. Hit them with every thing you have folks.

But, also let each of Sinclair's executives hear from you so that there will be a PAPER TRAIL that they each personally received notice from the public and that there was boycotting of their advertisers in play...so they can not say "they didn't know" when the inevitable class action lawsuit comes.

Here are the the names and postions of the Sinclair Directors. Leave a strong paper trail so that they will be liable in any class action lawsuit brought by stockholders and institutional investors for this illegal decision by management.

The one thing that each of these bastards FEAR the most is being joined in a class action lawsuit where there was a clear paper trail to them personally. Write, fax or e-mail each of them. Let them know that they are recking Sinclair's investment standing and putting their stock holders in risk by their illegal violation of Federal Election Laws!

Let the FCC know that in addition to the issue of the broadcast, you want them to investigate allegations that Sinclair affiliates are price gouging the democrats, charging more to run Kerry commericals than they charge to run Bush commercials.
