Is Ten Commandments Case + Sinclair Proganda the October Surprise?

2. They're not going to hand down the 10 commandments decision
anytime soon, are they? Most cases they hear in the fall, and issue decisions the following spring through June 30th...

5. No, but it's a perfect wedge issue for the chimperor
And it only takes four justices to grant certiorari to hear a case.

7. If that is it, I'm severely underwhelmed
Who will they motivate with this? Their base? Yippee. Too many feeling a sudden, strong draft to counter all of that nonsense.

8. Haliburton's link to the Oil For Food scandal is the real story This is a
Rove Smoke screen to distract us. We need to hit Sinclair in the pocket hard but do not let the Haliburton Link slide under the radar.
