1. You should put "Bush leading" in your headline?
More action. :hi: Thanks for the heads up!

28. Simple, freepers are prioritizing the correct online polls
The local TV station and newspaper online polls don't mean squat compared to national/international networks. You have what, a dozen political programs on MSNBC and CNN later today and especially Sunday? These results may be quoted on those network shows and influence public opinion before people go back to work on Monday.

4. MSNBC changed their poll requirements
I have always been able to vote in their polls up until last night. I use Mozilla but I found I can only now participate by opening up IE. I'm sure they had their partner Microsoft tweak the settings in hopes of getting a different outcome from the past shrub failures.

8. having trouble with it too and I use Mozilla
Willing to bet more of us use Mozilla and have yanked IE off our PCs. Sorta like polls only calling land lines... gives skewed results BIG TIME.

19. IE is ...Internet Explorer
more then likely you have it installed on your pc. Find it, double click on it and the Internet Explorer browser will open. You then goto MSNBC poll page and vote.

25. No. many of us yanked that IE disaster off the PCs altogether
Cannot/will not put it back on, period. Too damned many flaws and weaknesses. Am willing to bet I am not alone in pulling it off the PC.

I personally hate IE for reasons you bring up plus a few others but you have to face facts and understand it's the predominate browser out there and on many sites it will be the only to gain access.

22. btw, as much as I dislike IE
I always keep it on my pc. There are still too many sites where Mozilla wont work. IE accounts for about 95% of all browser use out there. So most website gear there pages around IE. Granted though IE's share has been slipping a lil lately thanks to Mozilla /Firefox becoming popular.

as somebody in a CNN thread alluded to. We should email CNN and MSNBC and let them know
