Bush is evaporating. I refuse to give any credit to Bush for his weak campaign rhetoric and lies.

Kerry stands tall. Bush was diminished by his defensive presentation. He may not think he failed. He can't think of any mistakes he made during his presidency. Voters can.

Bush offered more of the same. John Kerry offered change, with compassion and conviction. No contest. Kerry will gain. :kick:

3. Kerry did better than last time
Bush did marginally better (but not as much as expected or as he needed to). Kerry was a LOT better, and fully opened up the whoopass can he smuggled onstage in his breast pocket. After the first debate, I called it a narrow Kerry win (to be spun as a bush win). TV obsessesed over the bush stammering and facial expressions. True, Bush sounded LESS incopetent tonight, but Kerry was even better than before. He gave it to the chimp, yet held the American people.

I don't see how this is a tie. -- not the mention that bush needed a KNOCKOUT to catch up.

5. I'm watching the replay. Unfortunately I have to turn the sound down
and post the Blog because I can't listen to Bush. But from what I'm hearing Kerry is awesome.

6. Agreed
Bush is getting credit because he wasn't perceived to have perfomed as poorly as last time.

But his answers were still pretty lame and his focus was more a referendum (correct word?) on John Kerry than how he is doing a good job.

I'd fire him.
