i watched this video. between getting out of my chair to bust a move to the beats, and when i wasn't wishing i had a cool valley-boy accent like the narrator - i was wondering: when are they going to discuss WTC7?

why promote every ridiculous claim from pods to missiles to anything and everything imaginable, rather than discuss EVEN ONE WORD about WTC 7? they show some good video, but never even talk once about WTC 7. not once. i'll say it again: they never mentioned WTC 7. let me say it again, because some people here think 'loose change' is da bomb: FOLKS - THEY NEVER SAID ONE WORD ABOUT WTC7!

but guess what: a blue plane thingy hit the first tower. oh, and a missile or a fighter jet crashed into the pentagon. oh the PODS the PODS!!!! pods were everywhere on 9/11, man. 9/11 is all about da pods... poahooads, yeah!

no talk about squibs. again: NO TALK ABOUT WTC 7!!! getting the picture? are you getting the picture? think hard....

the music was SOOO rad, though. i just felt what they were saying, and oh - i'm going to tell all my friends that a missile hit the pentagon, yeah!

that dude was so F'ing COOL! i felt he was talking to ME. you know what i mean? he spoke my lingo.

right after loose change, i watched pentagon strike - and man, we were dancing!!! it was sooo rad. the government is soooo busted 9/11 stylie - yeah!

massive explosions. shocking how this video didn't make MSM especially the blasts prior to each collapse. Was it faked? Did Rick Siegel add the explosions? My first reaction to the first last was," what the fuck was that?" then 8 more explosions and sadly the death of WT2 and all the people who didn't escape.

and they have a pretty long section on demolition with a lot of fireman quotes and they do show the squibs or charges or jets or whatever they are , in fact they have some excellent footage. I know, I am suspicious of everyone in this thing, but I think these guys are OK.

6. the 2nd edition is updated for a reason.

For one thing it talks about 7 and Larry Silverstein. It also doesn't go into the pod theory. It also talks about Operation Northwoods which is an important historical precedent. Sometimes, believe it or not, people actually change their arguments for the better.

As far as the music and Avery's voice - who gives a shit? Really.
So what if it appeals to a certain demographic? It is a bunch of young guys that
made it so they used music they thought was engaging.

Unless you are going to address the Director's latest version, your criticism
really comes off as a strawman - with a generous helping of adolescent ridicule.

Seen'em both and there is a point to bronco's critique.

The voice, cool style and music might be selling points and therefore good. What the hey, you have to get your message out and sadly that is what "works." Documentaries are no longer made without such effects.

But in the context of unbelievably sloppy argumentation and research - 2nd as well as 1st version - it comes across as an insulting substitution.

And yeah, "2" is an improvement. Sadly, still full of bullshit.

Complete bullshit about the Pentagon, and a tendency to favor some of the weaker arguments for demolition. Nice pictures there.

And the DVD extra data informs in text that "the pod" pictures have been cut, but emphasizes this is not because the author no longer believes in that stuff.

I'll take an uncool version with actual facts and logic, please.

You want to argue for demolitions? Get Jones. Get Griffin. Oh, are they too boring? Well if you think so, you're making bronco's point. What he says is on target. Loose Change is a fashion statement, not research, not politics.

People always complain because the sheeple are all watching American Idol while their civil liberties are stripped away.
Well if LC gets some attention from the couch potatoes then fine by me.
Bottom line is we need real investigations. How to get to critical mass is debateable but it seems LC has had some
success. Even if the Pentagon no plane theories are bogus, so what? EVERYTHING about 911 should be questioned.
Because one thing is clear: the official story is a pack of lies. It all is suspect.

I see your point and I agree to some extent. I'd rather listen to Griffin myself. But bringing up Northwoods,
Silverstein and building 7, showing lots of footage of eyewitnesses talking about explosions,
as well as mentioning the Fake confession tape, all in a format that gets some attention
can't be all bad IMHO.

The movie is spreading like wildfire, already 30 times more popular than an obscure website called 911truth.org site which always promoted a lame LIHOP view and only recently admitted to the WTC demolitions.

Your critique is biased and full of personal judgments, which is okay, but most people don't share it. Here's the newest entry of Dylan Avery's blog (http://www.loosechange911.com), citing from an email he just got:

On the one hand I loved watching the film since anything that makes any sort of effort to make your average people think should be celebrated. Anyway, just wanted to say keep up the good work.Whenever someone asks me what Loose Change Second Edition is about I like to tell them "You know that one documentary they had on how the moon landing was a fraud?... Yeah well, it's like that times a thousand." Being from Detroit, generally Michael Moore is the man that gets all the praise. And although I like his stuff for me at least, your movie was leaps and bounds beyond his last film. Part of me would love to go into detail about some of the mind numbing unbelievable stuff I've seen at the airport after working there for over 2 years, but the bigger part of me knows better than to put anything like that in an email.
