3. How the fuck did Condit "win" from 9/11?

It might have taken a small amount of heat off him in the press but he was pretty much finished anyway. He got his ass booted out in the next primary in '02. His affair with Chandra Levy ruined his life and 9/11 did nothing to make it in the least bit better.
