...Iran gave the vague date for their response to the UN resolution on uranium enrichment as or towards the "end of Rajab"...which roughly corresponds to the fourth week of August...somehow or other, in the fetid mind-swamps of Christo-Freeperland, 8/22 became the day of the Raptard...when Iran nukes Israel with WMD's they don't have, the US retaliates, and Jesus--or perhaps his maid--comes down to earth with a giant vacuum and sucks up all the faithful...leaving a "left behind" death squad to exterminate the rest of humanity...i am given to understand the guy (he's in his mid-90's now and probably senile) who wrote "Clash of Civilizations" (Bernard somebody or other...not Malmud, is it?) came up with the date. Junior had him over at the WH last week or so for an update.
