I ran across this today and I was completely shocked.

Does anybody know why the official story is so much different than was actually reported from the scene at the time?

That the OK bombing was the first attempt to do what was finally done at the WTC. There are other interesting little clues. For example a pilot claimed to have taken this photo in April 1995 at an area near Camp Gruber-Braggs, Oklahoma:



Now I dunno about you, but if that story is true and this photo was taken before the bombing, you have to wonder what the Army was doing with a Ryder truck that required it to be surrounded by screens. Also note, that in the video linked to in the OP, the news reports mention that a second and third bomb were found, bombs that were larger than the bomb (or bombs?) that actually detonated.

In that photo are four vehicles behind screens. One of them looks to be at least as large if not larger than the ryder truck, while two other smaller ones are also present. Is it possible the large white truck was one of the bombs that did not go off? Is it possible that one of the smaller vehicles did detonate at the same time as the bomb in the Ryder truck which is why only two more bombs were found?

If this is all true, it is possible that the plan was foiled because of the cover-up. For example Clinton may have been told of the other bombs but may also have found out about the plan (maybe the neocons got over excited and started demanding action against the ME too soon and he became suspicious) and so he ordered that the existence of the other bombs be supressed and the whole act laid on the head of a lone nut.

Perhaps this is why it was so imprtant to get Bush elected. Maybe the theft of the 2000 election was not just about a Republican becoming President but was truly a bloodless coup designed to put neocons in power so that when they tried again the President would not stand in the way.

Perhaps I just need to take some prozac and lighten up, but it sure seems like there is far more to this entire sequence of events than simple coincidence.

5. your photo probably won't last too long here.

I have posted the same thing many, many times and it always gets removed. There is research online that shows the exact location of that field at what was then an abandoned army base. It would be great to blow the photo up to the point where one could identify the man walking beside the white car.

a lot of subjects are taboo on DU, but we have to keep trying even if only to be proven wrong. I would love for someone to prove that the photo is fake or shows some completely innocent act, but that has NEVER happened in all the time these photos have been around.

I also posted this partly because of a comment I read in the comments to the video on YouTube. Someone said if the internet had been like it is today, no one would have let that info die. The fact is that info and much more, even right up till now has been on the internet and like Sept 11 many if not most people refuse to even accept the possibility and thus it goes down the memory hole.

Are you seriously trying to say that simply because an anti-Clinton site showed the photo that it should be ignored?

Can you think of ANY reason a civilian Ryder truck would be in a screened enclosure in a temporary Army camp? Sure go ahead and say the photo was faked if you want, but at least deal with what you and I and everyone else can clearly see in that photo, rather than where the photo came from.

Next view the video and tell me that the media did not report SPECIFICALLY that not only were two more bombs found, but they were BIGGER than the bomb that went off which even then was claimed to be 1200 pounds. No fucking "training bomb" (the excuse used to play down the reports of other bombs being found) is that big.

It is also possible that the first WTC bombing was also an attempt by the neocons. The man who was the FBI mole inside the group that carried out that attack said that he asked the FBI to supply him with inert material designed to simulate an explosive compund because the group were really going to try and blow up the WTC. Someone in the FBI decided to supply them with REAL explosives. So the explosivies used in the WTC were actually supplied by the FBI.

Now have a look at the NORAD Tapes story and read what the FAA's excuse was for the MASSIVE delays between it knowing that aircraft were hijacked and it informing NORAD. Their excuse was that they did what their protocols told them to do and that was to inform the FBI because the FBI dealt with hijackings.

Now supposedly information gathered from Moussaoui's computer would have directly led investigators to the Sept 11 plot. FBI investigators requested a warrant to search the computer befote Sept 11, but someone at FBI headquaters not only denied their request, but rewrote it to make it weaker than their original case.

Notice any trends here?

On edit: I just wanted to add a reply to your comment about flying planes into buildings. That is not what I was talking about when I said "the first attempt to do what was done to the WTC" - what I was talking about was the actually bringing down of the building. I believe that the first WTC bombing is linked, but I believe that was meant to be fairly mild. It was meant to scare people enough that they would accept going to war, but it didnt work (perhaps because Clinton was also in power then).

So I believe that OKC was an attempt to actually flatten an entire building killing everyone inside. They failed so they went even more overboard. The problem was, how do you blow up two massive skyscrapers and make it look like terrorists did it? Simple: fly planes into them and (this helps with the psyops part as well) when all the world is watching THEN you detonate the bombs to topple the buildings.

Of course you then have to make sure no one can properly investigate the wreckage, but with a President just recently put in power by bloodless coup, no problem.

I suspect the neo-cons first attempt at a "Pearl Harbor" type event was the OKC bombing, but for some reason the "mid-East terrorist" excuse wasn't going to hold water, or Clinton shut them down.

OKC wasn't perfect, because most of the building remained standing and it was very clear from the pictures that it was blown from inside and that was another thing they needed to avoid. 2000 elections is tied in with 9/11 read my summary post which is almost at that the bottom of the page right now.

I imagine a similiar set up was used for 9-11. There were frieght elevators in the WTC that who could drive a Ryder Truck into. Each building had one freight elevator that went all the way from the top to the bottom.
