19 days left before war with Iran
Thursday 19th May 2005 (06h56) :
19 days left before war with Iran
Are we going to stand idly by as more sovereign countries are attacked? This farce has nothing to do with getting rid of nuclear weapons in the Middle East or else the US would shut down the billions of dollars of aid that Israel receives. Money that is funneled into its massive chemical, biological and nuclear arsenal, which is turning Israel into a dominant superpower. Their military & political might remains unchecked. They are in firm control of the world’s remaining superpower, the United States, and it’s massive military force. Ariel Sharon is ordering the United States around like a drunken man abusing his wife. And like a typical abused wife, the United States refuses to acknowledge it. The transparency of the situation is obvious, how long are we going to let it continue?
Mr. Sharon and company may be biting off a bit more than they can chew if he attacks Iran though. Russia and Iran have a mutual defense agreement and it has been reported that Russia has SS-N-22 "Sunburn" missiles stationed in Iran that could turn Tel Aviv into glass should they attack.

Recently there have been large troop redeployments (see articles below) out of Iraq in preparation of an attack on Iran. Stateside nurses are being sent to ’field hospitals’ too. Look for the attack to happen around June 6, 2005.

The reason Mossad has been killing off the microbiologist scientists could be that they are planning a false flag operation to wage a biological attack on the United States after Iran is attacked (most likely by Israel initially). They don’t want anyone around that would be smart enough to see through their plan and trace the strains back to Israel. They did the same thing after Mossad attacked the WTC on 9/11 when the zionist Dr. Philip Zack sent Anthrax letters. This would increase hatred of Iran and justify the upcoming draft and all out war to increase Israel’s borders. Written Feb.6, 2005

1. after war four of five, I expect us to be attacked by a major nation
like Russia or China, hell, maybe even Spain and the UK.

The rest of the world isn't going to sit back and watch as the US invades nation after nation. Their self-preservation may depend on them arresting our expansion.

On Israel - the government of Israel - after seeing on of our American citizens intentionally mowed down by an arm of that government, while the bush regime stood by - I don't doubt anything.

5. EXCLUSIVE - Rafsanjani urges U.S. to begin thaw in ties
EXCLUSIVE - Rafsanjani urges U.S. to begin thaw in ties
Thu May 19, 2005 10:07 PM ET

By Paul Holmes and Barry Moody

TEHRAN (Reuters) - The man thought most likely to be Iran's next president said on Thursday he wanted to repair relations with the United States, but Washington had to take the first steps to end 25 years of enmity.

Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, in his first interview since declaring his bid for an unprecedented third term as president, also said he would never abandon the country's nuclear programme, comparing such a step to ceding Iranian land.

"It is like giving away part of our territory," Rafsanjani told Reuters. "This is our nation's legitimate right ... especially when it is in accordance with international laws and regulations."

Rafsanjani, 70, served two terms as president from 1989 to 1997 and announced last week he would run in a June 17 election. Opinion polls put him well ahead of other candidates.

2. I don't know how many days it will be...but Bushco will do it!
They may have to fake another 9/11-style fake "terrorist" attack before they can do it though...more massive disasters killing who knows how many thousands of people, and nothing can be done as long as the supposed "opposition" is stupid enough to go on believing U.S. corporate media "news" and dwelling in denial about what the Bush Administration has really been up to since 9/11 on.

3. U.S. Hopes for Changed Policies by Iran, Better Relations with It
U.S. Hopes for Changed Policies by Iran, Better Relations with It
State's Burns says Iran moving against tide of global events

The United States hopes for better relations with Iran, but the onus is on the government in Tehran to change its policies on human rights, weapons of mass destruction and attempts to destabilize the region, says Nicholas Burns, under secretary of state for political affairs.

"In each of these three areas, Iran has a demonstrated track record of moving backwards against the tide of world events," Burns said in prepared testimony before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee May 19.

Burns stressed that the U.S. concerns are with the Iranian government, not the Iranian people, and the United States is proud of its Iranian immigrant community.

"...nly a generation ago, 200,000 Iranians were studying in the U.S. The United States is proud to be home to a large community of extremely talented Iranian immigrants who preserve a cultural and personal bridge to Iran where diplomatic contact long ago broke off," Burns said.

4. Blah, blah, blah....
More deceptive propaganda from the usual false official sources...

And of course, this is just war propaganda where the "Onus is on the government in Tehran", and that onus cannot be met because it ultimately involves surrender to the oil interests which have controlled this neo-con Regime all along and Iran will not do it no matter what.

9. Rice Says World Must Not Tolerate Iranian Nuclear Weapons Bid
Rice Says World Must Not Tolerate Iranian Nuclear Weapons Bid
By David Gollust
Washington
23 May 2005

Condoleezza Rice, speaks at American Israel Public Affairs Committee's (AIPAC) policy conference

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice Monday said the world must not tolerate any Iranian attempt to develop a nuclear weapon. She spoke as European foreign ministers prepared for new talks with Iranian officials on the nuclear issue.

The Bush administration has supported the European overture with Iran, backing the effort by Britain, France, and Germany with U.S. incentives to Iran to shelve suspect nuclear activities.

But as the so-called Euro 3 prepared for a key meeting Wednesday with Iranian officials in Geneva, Ms. Rice took a hard line towards Iran, telling the pro-Israel lobbying group AIPAC that a nuclear-armed Iran would be intolerable.

"The United States has focused the world's attention on Iran's pursuit of weapons of mass destruction," she said. "And along with our allies we are working to gain full disclosure of Iran's efforts to obtain nuclear weapons. The world must not tolerate any Iranian attempt to develop a nuclear weapon, nor can it tolerate Iran's effort to subvert democratic governments through terrorism."

6. The war is coming - with VENEZUELA - Not Iran
Edited on Fri May-20-05 07:38 AM by Coastie for Truth
"Remember The Maine"

"Remember Pearl Harbor"

"Remember the WTC"

REMEMBER HOW THE DEMS KIDNAPPED LITTLE ELIAN GONZALES FROM HIS LOVING FAMILY IN MIAMI AND GAVE HIM TO THE EVIL, GODLESS, ATHEISTIC COMMIE FIDEL CASTRO

REMEMBER THE GOP POWER BASE IN FLORIDA

This is the bull the GOP, and the US oil industry and the Florida Cubano Right Wingers would go with

"Remember some manufactured insult next week in Caracas?"

Hugo Chavez likes Fidel Castro -- and the Cuban right wing is a bigger right wing influence on the GOP then even AIPAC - does the name "Elian Gonzales" ring a bell (repeat from text box).

Or the special immigration status that Cuban "refugees" get that no one else gets.

Or the political equation in Florida?

We do not have the assets (now called boots on the ground) to support an effort in Iran - we might lose. And if we lost it would be "Bye Bye GOP Control of Congress in 2006" and "Bye Bye Presidential Hopes of Governor Jeb and Doctor Bill."

Venezuela is closer.

Don't forget - Venezuela is also sitting on a sea of crude oil - ever hear of "CITGO."

We (probably) have CIA operatives who would back a right wing coup in Venezuela. - we do everywhere else in the hemisphere.

Not Iran - Venezuela.

We might just have a chance to win in Venezuela and install a pro-US right wing puppet.

Semi-sarcastic

and about as illogical as an attack on Iraq

I DO NOT NOW ADVOCATE ANY MILITARY ACTION ON VENEZUELA OR IRAN -- THE INTENT OF THIS APPEND IS TO SHOW THE SILLINESS AND PARANOIA NOW IN THE LAND - AND I DO THINK THE CUBANO RIGHT WINGERS IN FLORIDA ARE MORE POWERFUL THEN ANY OF THE GROUPS ALLEGED TO BE PUSHING FOR WAR IN IRAN

7. Jeez...One more war and we're done for!
The once great United States of America can't handle another "war". We don't have the money or the manpower. Iraq is a quagmire that we won't walk away from (just yet), and Afghanistan is still there hiding Osama in the caves somewhere.

So, how are we going to start another war and have it proceed in a successful fashion? Well, the only answer to that is taxes and draft. The taxes won't come from the feds, however. They will come from local communities and states to try to make up for the loss of federal support that will inevitably come when Washington has to cut all state subsidies to support its wars.

The draft, however, will be the downfall of this country. Watch as tens of thousands of young men refuse to fight for George Bush's wars. They will rightly say that there is no noble cause, no serious threat to the US that calls them to "duty", and they will refuse to report. The overwhelming non-compliance will leave authorities stymied because there will be no way that all refusers can be rounded up and imprisoned. Some states will become de facto asylum states because of a refusal to work with the feds to find these dodgers. The federal/state order will collapse along with the dollar.

Hold on folks, we are in for a bumpy ride.
