Palestinian PM urges action to end conflict
The Palestinian prime minister, Ahmed Qureia, yesterday blamed the stalled Middle East peace process on the inaction of the international community, and warned that time was running out.

Speaking in London before meeting Tony Blair, Mr Qureia said that resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict should be at the top of the international agenda, because without it there could be no hope of wider democratic reforms in the region.
