Hamas disrupts fuel supplies to Gaza
Hamas militiamen in the Gaza Strip on Sunday attacked fuel trucks headed toward the Nahal Oz border crossing, forcing them to turn back, sources in the Palestinian Petroleum Authority said.

The fuel was supposed to go to the UN Relief and Works Agency and hospitals in the Gaza Strip, the sources said.

"Dozens of Hamas militiamen hurled stones and opened fire at the trucks," the sources added. "The trucks were on their way to receive fuel supplied by Israel. The drivers were forced to turn back. Some of them had their windshields smashed."

1. They blow up their own women and children
Sending them to kill Israeli citizens with glee. You think these monsters care about a few fuel trucks?

2. Hamas says it will work to end fuel strike
Now I'm really confused.

Gaza - A Hamas official said Sunday his organization would urge the Palestinian fuel importers association in Gaza to end its strike and resume deliveries to the enclave.

The association announced a strike about a month ago, saying it was protesting Israeli limits on fuel allowed into the Gaza Strip.

Israel officials have accused Hamas of influencing the association and coordinating the work stoppage to create a humanitarian crisis.

About 1 million litres of gas and diesel are stuck at the Nahal Oz fuel crossing point, and Israel said that once those reserves are imported they will agree to send in more, but only as per the quantities allowed in under the sanctions on the enclave.
