Please use it liberally. However, discussion of putting a specific member on ignore is not allowed, as per DU rules. I mention this because we have had lots of open discussion on this issue today and I hate to see folks get unnecessary dings on their permanent record.

a lot about "permanent records", and consequences of marks thereupon. I haven't seen my permanent record lately - wonder where it is? Maybe still back at my old school? Or in John Ashcroft's files? Although I hope I would've gotten a file considerably before ashcroft's time.

19. You do realize that "Ignored" encompasses every person on the list right?

If you are so adamant about this, why don't you alert my post and/or apply to be a moderator?

Or better yet, put ME on your ignore list.
