Two weeks after bust, a shooting at the drug/thief house.

Ms era , Peaches, and I went out Sat night at 9:30 for a milkshake and we saw two Police cars and several officers at the 'drugstore' looking on the ground, I thought for pills or heroin but no. They were looking for shell casings. We get home and a friend calls me to watch the news at 11:00.
This fellow, victim, told police he was walking down the street and someone shot him. His brother, who 'just happened to be driving by, picked him up. This is a deadend street and they don't live here. Three blocks later his brother throws him out and he leaves him in the street. The Police and ambulance come and take him off. He is flashing gang sign in the video. The police and reporter ( me too ) think different. We'll see. Gangs in fucking Lexington....? This will stop. I am now prepared and getting more so as I now expect backlash. Going to get a passive game camera if I can afford it for night shots.

One of the perps arrested a week ago is a minor sports star in that he tried to go NBA out of a Florida High School but started fucking up instead. The jail had his name spelled way wrong and I never heard back from the detective after I left him a message. I would think if I could figure this out with the internet, Police could too, so I think they maybe used him to make the bust. Hard to tell, He had a whole lot of arrests in Florida. One time they found a Bushmaster, T shirts with Police and Security on them, and a security cop badge. Probably doing some home invasion on the side.

I seem to recall from your previous thread that police had stepped up patrols in the area (or were you and your neighbors requesting that?)..

2. We have only 3 narcotics detectives for the city.

In '77 they had that many in an apt complex and they were only looking for pot.

The patrolmen are giving this more of a notice and we had SWAT break down there door 15 days ago. The criminality in this case is generational within a family with ties to a local bunch of toughs.
I am not without resources. The lack of communication with the police is a problem.

Thanks, even though this is bad I think we are getting better and hopefully they will just leave. Only to land somewhere else.

Have a friend who lives just off Paris Pike in Hollow Creek. Hope things improve. They always claim, "A little weed never hurt anyone,..." but the bastards squabbling over market share sure as hell have!
