Does the 911 report address the issue of investors betting that...
...the airline stock would go down on 9/11/01?
This weeks Terror Futures Market crap reminded me that this issue had not been fully addressed.
Can anybody direct me to info on this topic?
Did anybody claim their moula? I heard it was big bucks.
If librarians need to report who reads what then does't it stand to reason the securities market has records as to whom is owed these millions?

1. clever little minds
at DARPA. Are they the SAME minds. The same bold, arrogant sick little minds behind both ideas? Why not bring it up? The irony of this super cyber spy outfit getting reamed and investigated for ALL their brilliant ideas is wonderful and should extend an open invitation to the public investigation committee.

2. this should be the easiest information to access . . .
who shorted these stocks is in the records of the brokers who handled the deals . . . shouldn't be any problem at all finding the names, but apparently no one's done that yet . . . or, more likely, they've done it, they know the names, and they're not releasing them to the public . . . wonder why . . . could they have some connection to the Carlyle Group? . . . or Halliburton? . . . or whomever? . . . I for one would sure like to know who placed those orders . . .

3. Follow the money ...
Wasn't the transaction through some bank in Germany where a high ranking official of the WH used to work?

Seems like it should be real easy to trace the money trail. If they really wanted to, that is.
