Iraqi minister bans the sale of booze in airport
Iraq's transport minister has issued an order banning alcohol at Baghdad International Airport after apparently becoming incensed at the bottles of drink and women's perfume on the shelves of the duty free shop.
The ban, forbidding the sale, consumption or advertising of alcohol, was issued by minister Salam al-Maliki and comes amid escalating concerns among secular and non-Muslim Iraqis about the creeping Islamization of the country under the Shiite-dominated government.

An airport official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said: "He told the head of the airport, Emad Dawood, to remove the bottles and if he didn't, then hely come back and smash them all."

Eight Dead Smiles the day before!

MidwestTransplant comment on yesterdays Eight Dead Thumbs up:
The pic of him sitting looks like a bunch of people congratulating a child
who just went to the bathroom in the toilet for the first time.

My comment/reply to MidwestTransplant:
I swear to God I had the same thought but sometimes I feel like I'm doing too much complaining/hounding on him and I didn't post it! I swear! He looks like a child who for the first time wrote his name and the adults around are giving him praise and the 3 year-old child feels so proud. I swear that was my first thought!

I say our Democratic leaders are TOTAL sleaze cowards if they don't post these pics of the Repuke Senators clapping and smiling minutes after finding out of our dead soldiers! Disgraceful! These pics should be used in next elections campaign TV commercials. The screen split showing the dead American children on top and the Repuke leadership smiling and clapping on the bottom half.

1. No alcohol in Baghdad
It reminds me of the dry counties in the "Bible Belt".
