5. It begs the question, why aren't we seeing more of this and how
can it be promoted more? Can it be done on a larger scale? Are there toxic byproducts that build up in the machine? Does it emit toxic fumes? How long can one machine last? Can refineries be converted to handle the amount of plastic that we use and throw away? Can a refinery at sea be built to convert all the garbage dumped in the Pacific Ocean - at least the plastic?

The question is if there is a cost-to-benefit ratio that is on the benefit side. If it can't be done to make a rich man richer (oh my heart would bleed ... not), then can it be done at a non-profit scale? We need this kind of thing...badly!! And hopefully this guy isn't just blowing smoke or scheming to get filthy rich.
