My fellow Americans, I come to you on this day that we celebrate the Earth that gives us life with a new proposal that will help Mother Earth survive for future generations.
It is time we take the responsibility for our environment. That is why, I am proposing a totally new energy plan, one with focus on clean energy, energy friendly to our environment. Hydrogen. In this new energy plan we will focus on developing cost effective transportation using Hydrogen.
My proposal would create an agency that would oversee development of hydrogen technology by the private sector, to assist technology sharing among competing companies. I propose that we proved funding and assistance to companies who are willing to develop affordable hydrogen vehicles that will one day replace the internal combustion polluting machines that cruise our roadways today. I am challenging America to develop a production level hydrogen vehicle in 3 years. This plan not only will protect our environment but also provide new jobs and help to create a more secure and independent United States.
